Raw vegan cheese truffles
Cashew cheese is so 2020: rich in flavour, fun to eat and packed with all the vital nutrients. These delicious cheese balls are a super easy to make snack to impress your family, friends or kids. Requires just a few quality ingredients and some love.
Ingredients:
200 g raw (organic) soaked cashews
2 TBS nutritional inactive (glutenfree) yeast
2 cloves of garlic
3 TBS coconut flour
a small turmeric root
black pepper
a pinch of Himalayan salt
50 ml (alkaline) water
Ground pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, paprika and chilli powder for the coating.
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients (except coconut flour) until silky smooth. Slowly mix in the coconut flour until well combined. Form balls of your desired size. Coat the balls with the seeds and seasonings. Best enjoyed immediately with buckwheat bread and lots of veggies and greens. Can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
