Chocolate mint ice cream cake

Throwing a summer party for friends is very easy now. This wonderful cake is made exactly for you  if you're a busy bee yet still enjoy beautiful and healthy lifestyle -  and of course want to impress your loved ones. 


All you need is a high speed blender and a few fresh, nutritious ingredients - and watch the magic unfold!


Ingredients (all organic):


3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup coconut cream
3 TBS raw cacao powder
3 TBS coconut flour
juice of 1/2 lime
a handful of fresh mint leaves
2 TBS raw cacao nibs


Instructions:


Blend bananas, coconut cream, cacao powder, lime juice, mint leaves until perfectly smooth. Add the coconut flour and cacao nibs, stir well. Pour into mold, freeze until firm yet still creamy.

Sprinkle with more cacao nibs and decorate with mint leaves.
