Raw vegan salmon
Yes, you read it right - now also salmon can be fully plantbased and count as a high vibrational living food! If you are still hesitating going vegan just because you are afraid that you will miss out on diverse, rich food experiences, fear no more. Any food you can think of is perfectly adjustable to a healthy vegan diet, you just have to get very creative.
Ingredients:
for the salmon:
2 big raw carrots (organic)
for the marinade:
2 sheets of nori
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp mustard of choice
2 TBS organic raw fermented tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
a pinch of smoked paprika powder
a pinch of ground black pepper
1 tsp healthy sweetener of your choice
1 cup cold (alkaline or spring) water
Instructions:
Use a veggie peeler or a spiralizer (only the part that looks like a pencil sharpener) to get very thin carrot slices. Put aside. Start preparing the marinade by blending the nori into powder. Add the remaining ingredients including the water and blend until well combined. Place the carrot slices into big glass bowl or jar and pour the marinade over. Store in the fridge overnight.
Best enjoyed when served on a buckwheat bagel with raw cashew cream cheese and a slice of a fresh cucumber and dill. Makes a perfect breakfast or a festive appetiser to impress your friends.
Much love,
Inga
